Asset Management FAQ
Does it support barcode asset tracking?
Yes. Print QR or Code 128 labels on Avery sheets or a Zebra printer, then scan them with the phone app, a keyboard-wedge scanner, NFC or RFID.
Can it track inventory as well as assets?
Yes. Consumables and spare parts are tracked as quantities next to individually tagged assets, and both can be reserved and checked out.
Can we keep our existing asset tags?
Yes. Existing tags become scan codes, and old tags keep working after you re-tag an asset.
Does the phone app work without signal?
Yes. The register is cached on the phone, and scans and check-outs sync when you're back online.
How many users can we add?
As many as you need. Plans are priced by the number of asset records, not by users.
Is there a free trial of Asset Management?
Yes. Asset Management starts with a 14-day free trial, and you don't need a credit card to start it. Pick Starter or Growth when the trial ends.
What counts towards the asset records limit?
Asset and stock records, at the highest count in the last 30 days. Disposed assets don't count, and users are unlimited.
What happens if we go over the limit?
Nothing stops working. You get 30 days' grace, then a prompt to move up. On monthly billing the new plan starts at your next renewal; on annual billing we pro-rate the difference.
Do we pay per user?
No. Both plans include unlimited users, and Starter and Growth have the same features.
Can we change the app ourselves?
Yes. Describe the change to Superkoda AI and it updates the fields, screens, rules and reports of Asset Management on a development copy. You try it, then release it. A developer can also edit the code directly.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Annual billing costs 10 times the monthly price: $990 a year for Starter and $2,490 for Growth.
