- IC votes with recusals and quorum
14-day free trial. No credit card required.
From $149 a month for up to 1 active fund. Unlimited users.
Common problems
Lost pitches
Pitches get lost in a shared inbox.
Every pitch from the form or email lands in one inbox and is routed to a partner.
Slow founder replies
Founders wait weeks for an answer.
A response deadline in business days, with acknowledgement and decline templates.
Scattered IC decisions
IC decisions live in docs and Slack threads.
Memos, eligibility, recusals, secret ballots and a decision record in one place.
Per-seat pricing
Per-seat CRM prices don't fit a small team.
One price per fund, with every partner, associate and scout included.
Who uses Deal Flow
Deal Flow is built for emerging VC funds with 1 to 15 people, angel groups, syndicates and corporate venture teams that have outgrown spreadsheets, Airtable or a shared inbox.
Affinity costs $2,000 to $2,700 per user per year, and DealCloud comes with an implementation project. Here the price is per fund and every partner, associate and scout is included.
Managing partners
See every deal and its owner, run IC properly and report sourcing to LPs.
Principals and associates
Triage inbound fast, find warm intros and drive diligence.
Scouts and venture partners
Submit companies and follow what happened to them.
Founders
Pitch, get an answer and send KPIs without creating an account.
Deal Flow workflow
Intake
Pitches arrive through the public form, email forwarding or scouts and are routed by rule.
Screening
The team checks the deal against the stage's exit criteria and finds warm intros.
Diligence
Checklists, documents, NDAs and Q&A sit on the deal.
IC decision
The committee votes in the app, with quorum, thresholds and recusals calculated for you.
A venture capital CRM built around deal flow
Inbound intake
A public pitch form and email intake, routing rules, acknowledgement and decline templates, and a response deadline in business days.
Stage gates
Each stage has exit criteria, enforced for bulk moves and imports too, so the pipeline report reflects what happened.
Investment committee voting
Memo templates, eligibility, recusal from a conflict register, secret ballots, and exact quorum and threshold maths, saved as a decision record.
Relationship intelligence
Each partner decides what their email sync shares. Relationship strength comes with its reasons, and intro paths are ranked.
Confidential deals
One visibility rule covers lists, search, exports, notifications, Slack and the API.
Syndicate allocation
Oversubscribed rounds are allocated pro rata first, with minimum tickets and a documented cut-back, instead of in a spreadsheet.
Included features
Starter and Growth include every feature. The plans differ only in size.

Switching to Deal Flow
From Affinity
A flat price per fund instead of per seat, and restricted deals without an Enterprise quote.
From Airtable or Notion
Intake, stage gates, IC voting, allocation and founder KPI requests are already built, so nobody maintains automations.
From DealCloud
Confidentiality and IC process for a small team, without an implementation project or hourly services.
From 4Degrees
A published price, a native intake form instead of Zapier, and documented IC voting with recusal.
Migration
Export
From Affinity, Airtable or a spreadsheet.
Fund template
Pipelines and stages for your type of fund are set up for you.
Dry run
See every problem first; running it again doesn't duplicate records.

Deal Flow FAQ
Is it a venture capital CRM?
Yes. Companies, founders, co-investors and LPs are in one CRM, with relationship strength from email and calendar sync, and the deal pipeline is built on top of it.
Can we import from Affinity or Airtable?
Yes. Imports from Affinity, Airtable or CSV run as a dry run first and can be repeated without creating duplicates.
How long does setup take?
About a day: pick a fund template, import from Affinity, Airtable or CSV, and invite the team.
Who can see confidential deals?
Only the people you allow. Restricted deals stay hidden in lists, search, exports, notifications, Slack and the API.
Is it a fund administration tool?
No. It covers deal flow, IC and portfolio KPIs. There is no fund accounting, no capital calls and no LP portal.
Is there a free trial of Deal Flow?
Yes. Deal Flow starts with a 14-day free trial, and you don't need a credit card to start it. Pick Starter or Growth when the trial ends.
What counts towards the active funds limit?
Funds with deal activity, at the highest count in the last 30 days. Partners, associates, scouts and LP viewers are all unlimited.
What happens if we go over the limit?
Nothing stops working. You get 30 days' grace, then a prompt to move up. On monthly billing the new plan starts at your next renewal; on annual billing we pro-rate the difference.
Do we pay per user?
No. Both plans include unlimited users, and Starter and Growth have the same features.
Can we change the app ourselves?
Yes. Describe the change to Superkoda AI and it updates the fields, screens, rules and reports of Deal Flow on a development copy. You try it, then release it. A developer can also edit the code directly.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Annual billing costs 10 times the monthly price: $1,490 a year for Starter and $6,990 for Growth.
