Pricing and contracts

Jobber shows every tier and billing option on its pricing page, from $29 a month for one user to $529 a month for fifteen users on annual billing. ServiceTitan asks you to request pricing and does not publish contract terms. Reviews on Trustpilot describe multi-year contracts and cancellation fees, which ServiceTitan has not published either way.

ServiceTitan-only features

ServiceTitan covers work that Jobber leaves out: payroll, call-centre telephony, capacity planning, memberships and advanced reporting. Its technician app has the broadest documented offline mode of the major vendors, although payments taken offline are only finalised when the device reconnects.

Best fit

Jobber fits shops of up to about fifteen users that want published prices and a short setup. ServiceTitan fits larger contractors with a call centre and an office team that can give the implementation the time it needs.
