Church Management FAQ
Does it include a church membership database?
Yes. People and households are the core of the app, with membership status, attendance, groups, serving and giving on the same record.
How does church check-in work?
Families check in at a kiosk or on their phone, children get a printed label with a security code, and the kiosk keeps working offline.
Can we move from our current church software?
Yes. Import presets cover the common church systems, a dry run shows problems before anything is saved, and you can export everything again at any time.
Is there a fee on giving?
There is no platform fee on top of card processing. Donors can choose to cover the processing fee, calculated to the cent.
Does the member app cost extra?
No. Members sign in with a one-time code and use the same app for giving, groups, serving and statements.
Is there a free trial of Church Management?
Yes. Church Management starts with a 14-day free trial, and you don't need a credit card to start it. Pick Starter or Growth when the trial ends.
What counts towards the active people limit?
People who attended, gave, served or joined a group in the last 365 days. Old profiles that nobody has touched don't count.
What happens if we go over the limit?
Nothing stops working. You get 30 days' grace, then a prompt to move up. On monthly billing the new plan starts at your next renewal; on annual billing we pro-rate the difference.
Do we pay per user?
No. Both plans include unlimited users, and Starter and Growth have the same features.
Can we change the app ourselves?
Yes. Describe the change to Superkoda AI and it updates the fields, screens, rules and reports of Church Management on a development copy. You try it, then release it. A developer can also edit the code directly.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Annual billing costs 10 times the monthly price: $990 a year for Starter and $1,490 for Growth.
